In the occupied Luhansk, pro-Russian proxies turned the building of the Regional State Administration into the “House of Government” of the self-proclaimed republic and the place of holding the civilians in illegal custody. A usual government agency, where dozens of people were working and hundreds of people in the region were conducting their daily activities, was turned into a jail and a torture chamber just in a few days. This film will introduce the viewer to the fate of five former prisoners, ordinary Ukrainians, who will share their stories with the viewer.
